Safety Excellence: Zero tolerance toward unsafe driving, poorly maintained vehicles, or regulatory non-compliance
-
Ethical Conduct: Fair employment practices, respect for diversity, and lawful operations
-

4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
All transport partners must comply fully with national and state transport regulations, including licensing, permits, insurance, taxation, safety certifications, and vehicle fitness requirements. Valid documentation and audit readiness are mandatory conditions of engagement.

Maintain engines, tyres, and systems for optimal fuel efficiency
-
Follow eco-driving practices such as reduced idling and efficient acceleration
-
Share fuel consumption or emission performance data upon request
6. Safety & Operational Standards
All vehicles used for guest transport must:
-
Be clean, roadworthy, and appropriately sized for group requirements
-
Have functional seat belts, lighting, brakes, air conditioning, and safety equipment
-
Carry first aid kits and basic emergency preparedness resources
-
Undergo regular maintenance and sanitation
7. Driver Competence & Conduct
Drivers must:
-
Hold valid commercial licences and required certifications

Be physically and mentally fit for duty
-
Follow legal speed limits, rest cycles, and hands-free phone use
-
Maintain zero tolerance for alcohol or substance use

Ensure respectful, professional, and courteous behaviour at all times
Drivers are encouraged to adopt fuel-efficient driving habits, minimise unnecessary engine idling, reduce noise pollution, and act responsibly within local communities.
8. Monitoring & Enforcement
Lux Crafter reserves the right to conduct periodic or surprise audits of transport partners. Non-compliance—particularly relating to safety, legal, or environmental breaches—may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of contracts.
